Hey all u happy vapers. I recently purchased the GGTS SS and I must admit it's awesome and the amount of smoke and throat hit u get is unbelievable. But I have a big problem, wen I first started using the GG I refilled the atomiser a few times and probably took around 50 drags altogether but then it stopped working. Everytime I pressed the button it would heat up along with the whole GG.
I then decided to charge the batteries and tried but still nothing. I changed the atomiser and hey presto it worked. But.........wen I started getting a burnt taste I dripped about 3 drops of liquid and it stopped working. I have tried everything yet couldn't get it to work.
I decided to try my third atomise and guess wat....same thing, it worked first and then when I top it up with liquid it stops working ARGGGGGgggghhhhhhhh!!!!! I feel like pulling all my hair out Aarrghhh. I have come to a point where I'm almost at a point where I will smash the GG.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE is there anyone out there that can help me out. I'm desperate :(:(. If anyone knws wat is happening please let me knw. Thank you all and happy vaping

P.s. Sorry for boreing u all :)

I've never owned a GG so take what I'm saying with a grain of salt but it sounds as if you are shorting out. Check your spring and make sure it's centered and not touching the sides of the tube. I had a GGTB that would do this to me once in awhile. It was the spring doing it. I'm sure others will pop in and tell you other stuff to check for. Again, my knowledge is with the GGTB and not the GG.

That was a very quick response and I thank you.
It only seems to happen when I top it up with e-liquid the second time round that it seems to cut off. I Dnt think it's the spring as it's not long enough to touch the tube but what do I know. Thanks again and I will check on the springs at a later time and let u know.

If you're dripping 2-3 drops into a cart, then you really aren't getting enough juice for more than 2-3 hits.

Also, if you overvape your cartridge then the filler might sunk a little to the point that it will not be able to make a contact with the atty's bridge.
So try to pull it out a liitle bit.

Another possibility is that the filler itself is worn out. Might need to replace it...think Fluval foam or such...

You're dripping directly into the atty then, correct? I agree though, that if your entire PV is heating up, you have major trouble.

I'm direct dripping onto the atomiser. I've only used the GGTS just a few times and and I can't beleive what is happening with the atomiser. I'm only dripping 2-3 drops so as not to flood the atomiser and still it seems it's flooding.

6v and using two cr123a batteries

No wonder, probably using a LR atty too.

    @ 6v you need a 4ohm atty

HR 4.0 ohm 510 Atomizer - Avid Vaper

To give you a starting point for which atty @ which voltage:
    4ohm @ 6v = 9watts
    2.8ohm @ 5v = 9watts
    1.5ohm @ 3.7v = 9watts
Any time you go over 9watts, you are just burning stuff up for no reason.

I'm using a HR atomiser and I've just purchased a VHR atomiser and see I that makes a difference. Thanks for your suggestions

6 volts...2 or 3 drops ? Way not enough liquid ! You will only get a drag or 2 !

If you are using an LR atty too...it will pop them !

I'm direct dripping onto the atomiser using a HR atty. I don't think that I'm doing anything wrong, using the correct batteries for the correct atty so I don't know the reason I'm having this problem. I've just purchased a VHR atty and see if that will make any difference.
