I need help with My Freedom Smokes

I had a problem with an order and have tried to contact Chris to get it resolved. I have been ignored. I had been very pleased with Chris and My Freedom Smokes up until now, and I hope there is an explanation as to Chris hasn't gotten back to me. The number (to call him) on his MFS business cards no longer work and he's not answering my e-mails. Can someone please help me?

Have you tried posting this question in the suppliers forum? I haven't looked myself but if he is a registered supplier with ECF then I'm sure more action will take place in the proper area. I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. I personally have not purchased anything from the company and can't offer much advise on action since I'm new to ECF and all the suppliers around the world.
