I need help with Renova Zero plzzz

Has it worked in the past?
Is the battery charged?
Have you tried it on all three power levels?
Do any lights activate or flash when you draw on the device?

Welcome and glad you joined.
Your problem could stem from many different causes.
Could contact:
Local B&M Vape Shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor may help).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

I have been charging my Zero at 1.5A to 2.0A for over a year and a half. It operates as it did the day it came out of the box.

Could it just be Off (5 Clicks)?

My Renova Zero after a year of use also works without problems.Two devices (Nautilus AIO and some GTRS) that I used earlier failed after charging with 1 and 2A charger and therefore I say that maybe that could be the cause of the problem.Most manufacturers advise charging with 0.5A chargers (when it comes to Pod devices).
