I don't see a 'C' rating, and I don't trust the (usually well overstated by "enthusiastic" Chinese companies), 1100mAh capability, so I'd treat it like a decent 800mAh 18350... and keep the coils conservative for now until you can obtain more information.

I think that is good advice. Thank you very much for your input. :)

If you and wife really like the mod check on classifieds for the pro-smoker Legacy I love mine...my full size takes a 18650 and the mini takes a 18350 I think.....this IS a copy of the Legacy

You are absolutely right. Looks exactly like it. I've never heard of the legacy.I have problems with the switch. It will only fire if I hit it just right.

Here's a side by side...

I would keep your coils at 2ohm or higher. 1.8 would probably be ok, but like you said, for the wifey I would rather be safe than sorry. Could you imagine how long it would take her to let that one go if it "blew up" or something.... hehe.

Lol that would not be good. Doghouse would be an understatement.

My pinky presses the button quite easy when holding the mod in either hand on my legacy...it was my first real mod after my egos and I will always love it....keep watching for a mini myself on the classifieds :)

Keeping mind those are UN-PROTECTED ICR Li-Ion batteries, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using a Vape Safe Mod Fuse in this mod. This would at least give you the level of protection of a protected Li-Ion battery. These attach to the negative end of the battery via a magnet on the disk.

ICR Li-Ion batteries are volatile chemistry (as in flamable) should they short circuit and go into thermal runaway. When this chemistry of battery fails, it can be with fire and flames. Does this mod have vent holes for venting? With no vent holes a venting battery literally becomes a pipe bomb in a mechanical mod. I strongly suggest to keep any atomizer coil resistance at 2.0 ohms and no lower since you have no idea what the amp limit is on these batteries.

Just want your wife to be as safe as possible. I had a protected 14500 battery vent violently in a mechanical mod several months ago and it left a lasting impression on me.

Wow I've heard a lot about this but never seen actual evidence. Anyone have a link to a vendor for one of these fuses? Thanks for all the replies
