Not sure what gear your using but I got rid of this by making sure I stopped pressing the power button before I stop drawing from the device. If you keep the button down after you stop drawing the left over vape will condense in the tube and turn back to juice. You of course have to clean out your coil/atomizer first. Im using a Kangertech EMOW with an aerotank and I clean out the tube by blowing into the assembled cartomizer/aerotank gently when its off the battery with a piece of paper towel at the bottom to catch the juice.

Since I started doing this I have not had any juice in the tube and rarely have to clean it out.

I also had this happen but it turned out an oring was missing from the coil. I had just cleaned it and didnt notice I lost the oring.

I hope this helps.

First, to fix a flooded atomizer take your tank off the battery and blow through the mouthpiece (with a paper towel under it or cover the airflow hole). This will drain the extra eliquid.

When you inhale, take a long smooth draw vs a short sharp draw. This will prevent extra eliquid from being pulled into your coils and flooding it. Inhalation technique with an e-cigarette

Whenever you first sense that your atomizer is beginning to flood try this:
1. Open up the airflow so when you take a hit you are not pulling in as much juice into your coils (if your tank has airflow control) .
2. Raise your voltage or wattage if your battery allows you to do this. This will vaporize more eliquid.
3. Tip your battery up (and take a few hits). By tipping it up you will prevent more eliquid from being fed into the coils.

Give one or all of these a try.:)

Okay, I remember Indoor Smokers having that on a month or two back.

The Vault tank is essentially a Kanger tank. What Junger said should work well for you if it is a simple flooding issue. However, do make sure that everything is tight, but not over tight. The general rule with most starter items in vaping is finger tight is good, driven down hard is too tight. Since often tanks are a mix of metal and plastic or metal and glass it is easy to mess things up by tightening them down too much.
