I need "Nuport" help!

I would like a recipe for Nuport. I really like Nhaler's Nuport. (I do add 1 or 2 drops of menthol to a 30ml bottle). All of the "tabacco flavors I have tried,to me, taste the way tabacco smells and not like analog. I would be happy for either a "copy" of nhalers Nuport recipe, or a new recipe.

Does anyone have a recipe for Nhaler's Nuport? Or know how they make it. I thought I remember hearing that they used Dekang, and just added stuff to it. I would really like to have a copy of Their recpie.
