I Need Prayer

It's me again, Margaret.........

I have a prayer request, all. I've been on a diabetic pill for quite a few years....Glucophage. I take one a day. Up until recently, I've always eaten anything I've wanted without any problems. Well, I do believe it's caught up with me and I have to cut out or down a bit, my sugar intake. Let me tell you, I do enjoy my sugar, but my diabetes' tester's needed a battery. WELL, I got that fixed and everything looked normal this afternoon. I purposely ate a candy bar, just to see what the results were. It was not a pretty site! Granted, I need to lose a few lbs. I need to lose more than just a few lbs. I'M A CHUNKY MONKEY! If you can find the time..............
Anyway, if you would just keep me in mind, I would appreciate it! I'm going to need all he health I can get!

Hey there, Lady!

I know how hard it is to lose weight, but it can be done. I was diagnosed Type 2 diabetic 8 years ago, and I started medication to maintain my blood sugar. Over the next few years, I was able to lose 70 lbs--by His Grace--and several months ago, I was taken off the medication completely. My A1C has been normal for quite awhile now--Praise God!!
I love to eat, and it was hard for me to change my eating habits, but He helped me through it. I've gone from a size 22 to a 14. I know our Heavenly Father will see you through this. I'll keep you in my prayers!!
