I'm thinking it was a juice review. I remember there were a few flavors and they couldn't figure how they got the bubbliness to it it was only a couple of days ago I read it.

You may be thinking about the Cherry Cola from Tasty Vapor. I think I remember someone mentioning how it feels carbonated on the exhale. There is a thread about it in the Tasty Vapor forum here on the ECF.
