I need some help

Here's what I've been thinking I am trying to make my aspire bdc last for the rest of the bottle of e liquid I have here is what I came up with and in theory it should work but I would like some input from the pros. Ok my atomizer keeps getting clogged after about 30ml which is what i would expect so by that logic a 5 pack should last me 150ml of e liquid. However I can't get it to last past 120ml it's 100 percent pg so it's a lot thinner. This is to prevent the thick e liquid's from clogging up the system and causing it to burn out faster. However I am curious as to why there is not a hybrid system similar to a driptip system combined with the convenience of the tank system. Here is what i did so far. I took one apart to see just how much damage was done to it and man was it shot. blacker than coal so I tossed it. Now I'm in the process of trying to overheat and burn the atomizer up on purpose. Hear me out my theory is if I can burn all the old wicking material off of the coils that would leave just coils thus getting the effect of the drip tip system combined with the fact that the tank is full of liquid should produce the desired effects but it does not. the following issues arise 1. over firing the atty is causing more burnt taste which is to be expected after all you cant red line a engine and expect it to not have problems especially if it's not designed to do so. 2. I just realized another potential problem with all the wicking material gone all that's left to control the flow of e liquid in to the system is the thin wall of material on the sides this may result in massive flooding I see no solution for this problem 3. if this by some miracle does decide to work I can see no easy way of cleaning out the old charred wicking material my only option is to just leave it there all running water through it will do is turn the now charcoal substance into mud thus causing more of a clog. .......... holy crap I just realized something that's the problem right there! the e liquid is the problem ok assuming the charcoal substance is there now the e liquid is causing the problem # 3 as the eliquid is causing the burnt filler material from ordinary use over time to cake and backup the system maybe i've been running the system to hot the entire time then again I don't want to waste 5 minutes trying to take a drag is this normal or are my settings off one of 2 things are happening here 1 the power is not high enough and the voltage is too high resulting in slow heating or 2 it's the other way around resulting in me slowly but surely burning up my atomizers over time I knew i should of just got a replacement ego battery instead of going for the extra fancy variable voltage that I knew nothing about. any help would be great

They do have a drip type hybrid.....kangertech subtank...my favorite. As for my aspire, i rebuild the coils but i find it easier to do on the sub tank. IMO the subtanks rebuildable feature has a tighter air draw so i prefer to use the occ's and rebuild off of those. Subtanks wont work on ego batteries if you are subohm vaping. Hope this helps

I'm a bit confused on your post. When you say Aspire BDC, are you talking about a clearomizer, Nautilus, or what? Another question is what type of battery are you using. Yes, if you generate enough heat to burn away the wicks, you'll fry the coils, and the taste will be yuck after that. More info needed I think to help, or I missed something in your post.
