I need to know if this is safe...

So right now I just put together a fogger with 28ga dual coils which came out to around .6ohms. Now I have it on my Cloupor dna 30 with a vtc5 and I like it when its at 20 watts which puts it at 3.7v. Now I know anything below 4v it won't regulate down. I assume I'm not in any danger with this setup, right?

Ohms Law Calculator. A 0.6 ohm resistance at 20 watts should only be pulling 5.78 amps from your Sony VTC5 battery. You should be safe.

Alright thanks. I didn't really know if it was a bad thing if I went under 4 volts. I know the ohms law calculator has been posted many times but I for some reason I don't use it as often as I should.

My Cana for the most of seven weeks had a .6 or .7 build on it, no issues. Of course one should still be aware all of the typical safety concerns.

I do not have a Cloupor/DNA30 device, but I think dna devices have a 10A limit, right? Well below the 30A for a sony VTC5

About as safe as you could expect.
My cloupor almost exclusively runs a .65ohm. But I run mine at maximum wattage

If you used the calculator more and that was your usual build, you could quite easily use lesser/cheaper batteries than Sony's for the same result. Even Panasonics can run to 10A and a million others.

Which is not to say buy cheap - it's know what you do and how much safety you have and need.
