I picked a good time to quit smoking.

It's almost been a month now, and I'm thrilled.

Just found out yesterday, we'll be expecting a new arrival next May. Just wanted to share.

Now to wean off the nic! I'm at 8mg now, down from 12 when I started vaping. Seem to be doing 1 mg a week just fine. I strongly suspect that a doc would be fine with my nic intake now though, since I only use 1ml/day. Can't wait to cut to 6mg though, just because it'll be halfway for me. I'm at halfway technically now though, I used to smoke 18mg worth in analogs.

Anyway, I'm rambling. Sorry, just excited, and can't think straight.

Great news! I would be interested to know what your doctor tells you about vaping.

It'll be a few weeks yet until I get in to see anyone, but the last time they said that any amount of cutting down would be spectacular, and they offered to write me a prescription for some type of nicotine replacement, just so I would quit (and not have to pay out of pocket).

Will give you guys an update once I have an answer though on vaping.
