I love this thing. I think it's gonna help me quit everything.

Started off with Blu, big mistake, went to volcano and got an inferno kit with tube tank, works/ed great. Just wasn't hiting as hard as I was wanting, so ordered a lavatube with the 7ml tank and POW. I love this thing. Now from blu to This is all in a matter of a month and a half roughly, give or take. Haven't had a cig the whole time except one I tried one took one drag and hated it. But the thing is I've had this lavatube for almost 2 weeks now and I've dropped from 5ml a day I'm vaping to about 1ml now. So I'm thinking about just wean myself down from the 1ml a little at a time till I can just put it down, filled my 7ml tank up last night, and between 3 hrs of last night and until today about 1/4" is empty. Hardly anything. Basically hitting it first thing in the morn and after meals, and sometimes an occasional hit out of boredom I think, not really needing the nic.

Anyone really decreased their juice intake after getting a vv? Happened so quick it's kinda weirding me out.

I just got mine and I really like it. I started with a kgo. I haven't tried the tank yet. I think I haven't been motivated because I haven't found my all day juice. The LT is small enough for me to take and use for work. The kgo I'll use for when I go shoppin with the wife etc. The LT I'm liking a lot more. Glad you are enjoying yours!

Hey Michael, That is good for you. From your sig, it seems like you spent give or take a little the same amount that you would have spent on ciggies. If you truly feel that you are done smoking, then all the power to you. I don't know if you know anything about MMT or methadone maintenance treatment for Oxycodoone/Opiate/Morphine or her oin addicts, but there are two strong views to kicking ...... which are similar to quitting cigs. Some Na Groups(Narcotics Annoynmous) welcome ex-her...n addict that are on methadone maintenance. It is similar to vapers who quit smoking, but continue to vape nicotine. Yes for people on MMT, they are switching there ....../opiate use, to a stable drug(methadone) and yet they are still addicted, although the drug does not provide any euphoric properties. All it really does is keep the person from going into opiate/opiod withdrawal, which is the reason that many people continue using h...in/oxycontin ect. There are still many NA groups who will not allow users of MMT into these groups, which would provide a stable and supportive atmosphere to these people which in the long run would probably help them to get off of the methadone. I know of this because I live in a small town in Northern Ontario and have had many friends that were affected by the scourge of and influx of prescription opiates that left many of my friends with 400$/day oxycodone habits. The only blessing is that since we are a small town, only some of those people moved to Toronto where there 400$/day Oxycontin Habits turned into cheaper 100$ a day he...n habits.

Sorry for getting off of topic, but it bothers me that the gov has in away created that mess and is continuing there narrow minded thinking when it comes to vaping.

So to answer your post, NO you are not strange or weird or anything.

YOU are one of the lucky ones who it seems has more of a psychological(habit in the mind) form of an addiction to cigarettes then a Physiological(addicted to nicotine and will experience physical wd's when stopping the use of nicotine) addiction. I would reccomend and I think many people would agree that you should continue what you are doing.

A good step would be to reduce the amount of nicotine in the juice you are using until you are using zero nicotine e-liquid.

It has recently come to my attention that some dieters are recommending zero nicotine eliquids in mainly the desert and soft drink flavors to people on diets as a way to curb there cravings for sweets. I initially viewed this with skepticism but in retrospect have noticed that I buy much less candy, ,and if I crave an after 8 chocolate, that I will drip 8 drops of after 8 eliquid(a minty chocolate flavour) on my atty instead of eating the candy.

So it may be good for dieters after all.

But keep it up reduce your nic intake and if you can quit, then quit, if you feel the odd urge keep some no nic on hand.

I agree, keep some 0 or weaker nic (maybe an 8mg) around. You never know if a craving will hit you after 3 months, 10 months...whenever. In 2 years buy another bottle. For some people, knowing that it is there helps them deal with the craving, where as, if they didn't have it, they would likely go buy a pack of smokes.

I did go from the 5-8ml per day to 3-5 ml per day...part of that I will blame on trial and error. I am sure I wasted far more juice when I first started and was trying everything out there. I remember alot of niquidy paper towels........

I don't know if this is what is going on with you or not, but when I switched to a higher voltage it seemed that I was getting more nic per puff and simply couldn't just puff all day on it like I could before. I just didn't need to as I felt satisfied quicker. That could contribute to you not vaping as much and therefore using less liquid.

I think it's awesome..saves money lol

Yeah that could be it, what I was thinking at least. Higher voltage (running at 6v on 3.0 dc cart in the tank) was getting some hard hits. So I'm guessing it's the higher nic intake per hit. Since I was a 2 PAD smoker before vaping I really don't think it was of boredom lol. Pretty sure it was nic.

Was just wondering if happened to anyone else too, thought it was weird to drop down that much. But 3.7 to 6.0v I guess is a rather big jump lol.
