How do you get the "Iquit cigarettes counter to work I keep getting an error that says I cant post links???

I think you need at least 10 post! Counters are in Signature (my profile), not in messages!

15 posts - then wait till 25 after the hour for the system to refresh. Then you will see the Edit Signature option in your Settings on the left
