I recently upgraded from my old 50w istick Atlantis 1 combo to a rx200 with the crown on top. I really like it. Well now that I have enough power I'd like to try out some different tanks. I ordered a black aspire cleito and received it not too long ago. First impressions were great. I like the design and the black on black looks great. Massive airflow and very easy to fill. Was running perfectly with the .4 ohm coil then out of nowhere once in a while I'd get a dry hit that would burn my throat. Running between 70 and 80vg. Today I decided to take it apart and clean it good then try out the new .2 ohm coil with some milkman. Anyways I could NOT get the glass off. It was so bad I ended up breaking it trying to take it apart. Letting it prime good now then going to try it. Anyone else had these issues? Any tips or advice? Also when I put the spare glass on it didn't want to stay on good till I tightened the top.

I don't have a Cleito but had a similar issue with a Melo 2, even insofar as breaking the glass trying to get it off. Eleaf support was no help other than "be careful".

What worked, was to leave the tank screwed together, BUT, unscrew the base until just a couple of threads were holding it all together. What that did was leave a space between the base o-ring and the bottom edge of the glass ... (the o-ring will act as a cushion)

THEN, I stood the tank straight up (and/or in a tank stand) and used my thumbnails along the top edge of the glass with downward pressure on either side of the glass on top of the tank.

The glass popped off the upper seal and moved down just enough to loosen up as it struck the bottom o-ring.

I then unscrewed completely and removed the base. The glass was loose and came right off.

I was sure to apply some e-juice to the o-rings before reassembly but find I have to use the stated technique every time I have to take the Melo 2 apart.

The Cleito is built differently than the Melo 2 but maybe this will give you some ideas.

I had crack one tank glass because the beetroots top would not unscrew. I have started applying some Vaseline to the coil top and top tank section. Also found that overfilling even a bit and it leaks. No over fill and top screwed in right, never leaked. Not a leaky tank itself. Bought the coil master tank tweezer tool but that does not tighten it enough. Brilliant tank and 0.4ohm coils.
