4 bought, no problem here. Nice to know the company is there to stand by their product in your time of need. Just think how many folks out there buying other mods just dont have that option.

Too bad for your waiting to get it back though. :(

Time to order a backup!

I had a sticky button on one of mine, but it went away pretty quickly. Partly because it broke in a little bit & partly because I wasn't pushing the button down squarely.

I would have given it a chance if the button had not disappeared in the hole. But ya, I probably fail at square button pushing. That's' a great snap by the way.

The button on my polished is on the loose side unlike the button on my stealth which is solid. I figure since it's working just fine I'll hold out with it the way it is and if there's a problem later on ProVape can fix her for me. This is the first time I've read about a button getting stuck inside the unit, sorry you have to wait again. I would definitely say your situation is not common.

Savoir-Faire is everywhere!
It's reassuring to know the button issue isn't an issue, and I may have just won the oddball lottery  I shall patiently await its return :p many thank-you's everybody!
I've got three of them, two used, and no button issues so it's a good bet you just got the one-off bad one.

Still, really nothing to worry about as ProVape WILL take care of you, and quickly.
