Provari 2.5 Firing Button Sticking

Hello everyone and greetings from Canada Thanks for taking the time to read my thread!

So I ordered a Provari 2.5 w/ blue LED (sexy) and 18650 extension cap and extended 2 year warranty.

So far, I love it! The vape is perfect, I can tell it's well made no rattling. I can't get over how amazing the styling and machining is in this product... VERY glad I bought USA made and not China stuff. I have one problem though... It won't happen all the time, but every so often, my firing button will stick down. So I take out the battery, sticking my syringe VERY carefully in and press the button back up. I was wondering if this is a common issue, or if maybe the firing button needs to be "worked in" or something. I've heard Provari quality is legendary and I just can't believe I would have got a lemon. Any insights would be much appreciated as well as any advice!

PS other than the button getting stuck a couple times, all other functions work flawlessly including ohm checker and batt checker. I'm in love with this Provari... It's teh seks!

My local B&M had a Provape1 I was considering buying. However it had the same sticking problem so I passed on it. Having said that, I have three 2.5's and do not have any issue with the button. I would send it back. It should not be doing that.

No sticking problems here either. However, and this is probably just user error and pretty normal, but occasionally, when I'm firing the device, if im probably pressing the button slightly the wrong way, and I must be slightly depressing it, the device will stop firing. It's something that vs realized the button is a little different than I'm used to. It's no big deal.

Anyway, contact ProVape ASAP and they'll take care of your issue.

BTW, what I mentioned is such a non issue that I ordered my 2nd ProVari (original size) today. Already shipped and should be arriving Thursday morning. From order to my mailbox from WA to CT in less than 48 hrs. Way to go ProVape!!!

I'm gonna put it on user error... I think I was pressing it way too hard because by the end of the day now, it hasn't happened in several hours. If it happens again I'll contact provape. Being vaping hard and passing it out to my buddies and everyone is loving the vape
