I seek advice...

I just got my xtar vp2 charger and I have my 18650 efest purple 35amb 2500mah battery in there.
I was just curious as to what voltage I should charge it at? The battery is 3.7 volts maximum charge but the charge options are either 3.4v, 3.6v, and 3.8v. If I charge it at 3.8v and just keep an eye on it till the charge reads 3.7 volts should I be ok? Because if I charge it at 3.6v I think it shuts the charge of once it reaches 3.6v and I don't want that I would like maximum charge for my battery. Any answers help thanks dudes!

deleon is correct, just put the switch on the middle setting for 3.6 volts.

It is confusing for new folks with all the numbers not making sense.
The battery will be labeled as 3.7 volts and as deleon stated, it'll stop charging at 4.2 volts.
Remember to charge often, usually when they get down to 3.5 volts. There is no memory effect when charging li-on.

ETA: The 3.8 setting will charge the battery to 4.35 volts which is over-charging and bad for the battery.
Also, never let the battery fall below 2.5 volts.
