People have a ton of theories, . 5 is best 1 wears out the cell faster etc.
In the end your going to get well over 300 charges with these hybrid
batteries no matter how you charge them and contrary to what people think several of the newer batteries suggest no lower then .8
I have the same charger, I run on 1 cause I don't feel like waiting 7 hours.
