hi guys, I have searched and searched, and can't find an issue like the one I'm experiencing. I made the mistake of letting my battery run all the way out. When I put it on the charger the battery just flashes with no lightning bolt, and it tells me it's locked. I hold the two arrow buttons down and it unlocks but still flashes empty battery. Then it goes right back to locked! It did this once before and I ran it up to the vape shop. Dude was able to fix it immediately by, of all thing, holding the two arrow buttons down and unlocking it. The exact thing I was doing. I don't know what I'm doing wrong here. Has anyone else run into this??

Are you holding the two buttons down for five seconds? and make sure it's charged before doing this.

I don't know if this will have anything to do with it. Plug it in to the charger, click the fire button 5 times to turn it off/on. The battery has a different icon for charging on my 50W when its off than it does charging with the unit on. Then you might try the lock/unlock. If this doesn't help I'd take it back to the shop. I've run my 50W down to where it won't fire and not had an issue.

Yes, I have tried both of those things. I never have any other issues with it, except for the two times this has happened. My husband (begrudgingly) left his battery with me so I don't lose my mind. Hopefully he can fiddle with it and make it work. All the guy did at the store last time was hold the two buttons down and just like magic it worked. I think it doesn't like me
