Can't get buck naked express to work

Hey guys, just got a buck naked express vape pen today from a gas station and I can't get it to work. I charged it,the light on the charger turned green, and I filled it. The directions say to press the button 5 times to lock or unlock it, but no matter how many times I press it, 3, 5, 10, the light on it just flashes twice and it does't work. If I hold it down, the light flashes twice. If I press it once the light flashes twice. I've tried everything and all it does is flash twice. There's no sound to indicate that it's heating up or anything. I've tried loosening and tightening it. Am I doing something wrong or is it broken?

I'd take it back to where you got it and tell them it didn't work at all after your purchase. Get a refund.

5 times fast to turn it on and 5 times fast to turn it off. Press the button while inhaling/drawing.

When you press and hold while inhaling/drawing a blue light turns on. Button must be depressed while inhaling/drawing.

ImThatGuy, I tried all that and it didnt work. And It was an Indian gas station, and they gave me no receipt so I don't think they'll take it back. So am I out 30$ or is there something I'm doing wrong? Has anyone else had this problem?

Just a guess, but I think you either have a bad charger and the battery is flat, or it's a bad battery.

Yeah I think it's a bad battery. Homepully they'll let me take it back tomorrow, or at least print out a receipt so I can get a refund under buck naked's warranty.

Take it back. For the money they charge, if their customer service isn't 100%, you have been sold a Lemon.

Yeh... I checked it out. Nobody needs to have their money taken like that.
$15.99 for a $4.00 plastic clearomizer.

Maybe this is why they are forced to sell some products through Gas Stations.
