After smoking "STINKY'S" for 40 years, I went to e-cigarettes and have been doing very well for the past two months.

However I still have morning mouth from the e-cigarettes ? Is this normal ? Or is it just me ???

It seems some e-juices are less offensive to me and others are as bad as the "STINKY'S" .

Thanks !

Bill

It doesn't have a thing to do with smoking or vaping- it's bacterial overgrowth. The main cause of really bad morning breath is dry mouth, which can be worsened by smoking or vaping, but you can hydrate all you want and you'll still have less than lovely breath in the morning, because you don't produce as much saliva when you sleep, which means that the naturally occurring bacteria in your mouth (along with any errant food particles left behind) doesn't get rinsed away and swallowed like it would during the day. Brushing and rinsing before you go to bed and drinking extra water will help, but bacteria is still going to build up while you sleep.
