I have an MVP 2 and ive gone two days at 600-1000 drags a day and it easily handled that, i dont even get it in the yellow before i charge it but im weird like that i dont like it even half dead. I only use the watts side however, literally never use the volts. I manage a shop here in WA and the only time i really ever use the volts is if im giving a demo to someone who may not know what the difference is. Set it n forget it! I have zero complaints about it in well over two months of hard daily use.

Just got a i taste mvp i run a protank single coil 2.2 ohms at 5 volts. I take about a 5 to 6 second drag. How ling should my battery last? I got abiut two days out of it but i chain vape. I go through 2 coils a week. About one tank per 200 puffs. Havent smoked the battery dead yet while counting puffs. Im currently doin that.
So you are running 5vx5v / 2.2Ω = 25/2.2=11.36 watts...that is a pretty hefty power draw on a battery

I run my rigs at 6.5watts (bottom coil protanks), I get over a day of vaping and barely get to 4.0vdc on the battery charge, now double the power...yeah..gonna last a whole lot less

Yeah, I run mine around 6-8 watts with a PT2, depending on the juice. I have seen plenty of videos where they are running at 10-11 watts, but about the only time I feel a need for that much power is when I use a RDA. As far as battery life, mine will usually make it 2-3 days, and being able to use it while it is plugged in is pretty convenient. What was most important to me is that it be able to make it through a solid day of vaping, which it does with ease. :)

I have the older style MVP At 4.3 volts with the iclear16 I'd get about a day. 5v with Boge 3.0 ohm cartos about 8 hours. I go through 7-15 milliliters of e liquid a day though. It was nice to go to the MVP though. I'd go through 2 900mah eGos and 1 1,100 mah eGo a day before hand. Not having to obsess about charging is one of MVP's best features.

I've never even gotten mine down to the red....It's to hard to do ;)

You should drain the battery from time to time. Doing this is good for the battery.

This is completely false for Li-Ion batteries. They are not Ni-Cad's. Li-Ion's have no memory to clear. If you recharge the battery when it's at 50% power you can get double the number of charging cycles from the battery.

There is no need to do so. Turning the battery on or off simply enables or disables the fire button and the adjustment controls.

If you are going to store the battery in a bag or purse, then turning the battery off will prevent inadvertant firing due to the button being pressed. However, if you are simply putting it on a desk or in your hand, there is no need to turn it off. There is no difference in the discharge of the battery when it's "on" but idle, or when it's off.

Perfect, thank you for the clarification.

ditto on the battery - lithium ion are good to go. People latch on to this stuff from 10 year old technology and wont let it go.

I am on Day three of mine with the charge that came out of the box. 650 puffs and still showing 3.9 on the meter. I have been running Iclear 16s and Iclear30 between 8W and 9.5W since i got it.

I have taken it as a mission to make this thing go until it wont fire.
