Ordered to big orders one was a juice order and that was fine. Then, I ordered a bunch of carts and ordered some cartos. Well the order gets here and I had ordered mislabled coffee for 7.50 and they charged me 8.49.
Then i get the cartos and they are smilin menthol which i have to wash out because i hate menthol. I have probably spend over 1000 bucks there in the last year. So as you can tell i think there quality control is going down.

Unhappy vapor.

You've done over $1k of business with no problems and this is your only complaint?

I'd say you've done pretty well and are being unreasonable. Seems like tiny problems for a big order and all that business. At least give them a chance to make it right before bellyaching here.......

Anyways I agree with the rest, if you have spent that much money, and they fix your issues, then why are you complaining? Also think about this you spend about $1500 a year on cable/internet/phone and I bet their services mess up at least once every two weeks, why do you still use them? Because good service or service you need and want can not ALWAYS be perfect. Just a thought....

Looks easy to me. Only 3 packs a day could easily have been $7,000.00 in analogs @ $7 a pack -- and a 50% savings is very reasonable.

Don't know how many orders V4L has going into WV, but you guys have gotten a customer for as long as I continue to vape! Awesome juices, and your carto's have great flavor and vape imo. Just thought I'd drop in and let ya'll know. And the freebies you guys throw in always seem to be a flavor I'm interested in lol. Nice touch. I give out all the cards you guys send. I hope some of the hard headed smoker buddies of mine wise up and give you a try.

I love V4L myself and won't stop ordering, however it seems that things are not getting re-stocked as quickly as most would like them to. We haven't had a stock update in 5 days now! Would be nice to at least see a post from them once in a while. I am sure they are very busy these days, but hey guys - don't forget about us that are waiting for stock!! Update please!

Dig out antique eGo, puff puff, search for suppliers on internet, hmmm, 307,595 hits.

I have had some issues as well. I have spent allot at V4L as well. Overall they take care of issues. They do have some quality control issues but every vendor WILL have them. If it is not the vendors fault then it is the manufacturers fault. My experience is that V4L takes care of issues.

I think this says it all; the problems are with the manufacturing QC in China. V4L is a distributor of products they augment / design / and or influence, but are manufactured in China, shipped in bulk to Chicago, sold and picked out of received bulk inventory. V4L wouldn't be able to sustain their business model if they had to do QC here on every product they distribute. I am sure they are promised a quality product from their foreign supplier, but that is where the problem is in my opinion. Solution? Choose a company with good customer service that will replace products received with a higher defect rate as are almost all ecig products manufactured in Asia. If they don't respond after opening a service ticket, call or PM Chad or Mark (as a last resort). If they don't provide you satisfaction, go to another vendor and try your luck. As Lastone and many others have said, they will try very hard to take care of any and all problems, which is much more than I can say for other vendors I have tried. Brian_w001, I can add one more bullet to your sequence: Give them your credit card number, then spend two months with Chase resolving the problems after your cc number is stolen. (Edit: To be clear, I'm NOT referring to V4L here - no problems with them at all in this regard, this was a nightmare with my first ecig supplier - V4L is my third and final.)

I ordered one of the "Super Mega Awesome Ultra Deluxe" Kits :laugh:, and a bunch of extra carto's etc, and received everything I ordered in 3-4 days. All in all I am a happy customer. I am confident they will identify and tweak what ever process(s) necessary to keep this sort of thing from happening again (too often).

Hmm...got me thinking, I need some more vanilla mocha frap..think I'll head over and order some :).
