First I purchased a blu....8-o then I purchased a Joye 510 I was out and desperate for a battery charge... So I screwed my manual joye 510 into my blu PPC... and charged my other manual 510 battery in my blue usb charger... guess what this morning both batteries dont do anything at all... I even tried to screw them in the joy3 510 charger last night been charging with a red light alllll night ... still dead this morning... DID i kill the batteries.. I do have 8 mega batteries from cignot on the way with a 10 bay charger.... thank god I can use the blu automatics on the 510 carts..

any info on my adventure in batteries would be helpful... 8-o

the 510 batteries are 2 days old and both are doing the same thing.

PS... been vaping 3 or 4 days only 2-4 cigs a day why does my mouth taste like a dogs .... smells...

The blu(L88b model) and all 510s have reversed polaritys from each other. So yes, sorry, you cooked your batteries. ...

THIS IS AN OUTSTANDING THING TO KNOW AND SHOULD BE STICKY !!!

I to started with a Blue and moved on to a 510. The only reason I kept the Blu that it had a PCC. That and I love the small size so I use it as my backup PV.

I'm not sure if I ever fully charged a 510 battery in the Blu PCC but one of my batteries has been in it. More for a test than a charge. I'm getting weird battery life out of that battery.

Thank you for posting this information.

GREAT TO KNOW!!!!

I have a blu and my 510's are coming in the mail today. I'll have to warn everyone in my house not to accidently charge the wrong battery in the wrong charger. My fiance, me and our friend who is staying with us are all switching to vaping from analogs and with the various battery's and chargers we'll all have it's a good reminder.

Don't feel bad. I don't consider myself a newbie by any stretch and seemed to have made the same mistake you did.

BTW - What does TARD mean?

BTW2 - How do you submit a thread to the MOD's to become sticky?

BTW3 - My Blu saved the day yesterday when I was out and about and my 510 died on me.

Now that you've blown your 510 batteries, you can forget those and get the eGo battery instead. You will still be able to use all your 510 stuff ie. attys, carts, chargers, etc. A new ego will hold a charge for about 5 - 6 hours after you charge all night while you are sleeping. You must also purchase an adaptor to charge on the 510 charger $4 or purchase an ego charger for @ $7.

Also heres a link for ya of all the different types of ecigs. eCigarette-Mods.com - The Ultimate e-Cig Mod Database
