interchangeable parts?

Hello, I have been researching this for a couple days now and have read both yes and no.

I have a Blu and have a Joye brand 510 that will be here this week. Are the parts for these interchangeable?

Will the 501 atomizers work on the blu battery? cartomizers?

Will the 510 batteries charge in the blu pack?

Do the cartridges fit each other?
