I'm still really new and it seems like the stuff I think i'll enjoy I don't, and the stuff I don't think I will - I do.

I started with WC cigalikes and liked kick (cinn/honey they claim, tasted like microbrew beer to me), menthol, strawberry, and vanilla was meh.

I ordered venom (cinn/menthol) cider fire (apple cinn) mt dew, and methol. they threw in white tea.
I gave away venom cuz I couldn't stand smell after weeks of steeping. menthol smells and tastes like vaporub.
I MIGHT be able to vape the cider fire and mt dew, but i don't think i'll like them...but only after a long steep.
I DO like white tea ok, but it has almost no flavor so whats offensive there? lol.

I ordered from 2 other places (VCV and vaporroom) but they are steeping right now. I went with coffee/chocolate/snickerdoodle/cheesecake/etc type flavors. not sure yet there.

I also have made a couple orders to AIV and thus far :
I LOVE LOVE zombie and cupcake city, I am almost postive i'm going to love brillig and pear ship (just got in last night and sniffed and yum!) the others smell good too, but those are the ones I want to try first...

I'm on the fence about orange and cherry blossom. didn't hate, didn't love...not sure. Cherry was growing on me. I'm letting them both steep a few weeks and trying again.
White rabbit i'm told needs to steep several weeks, but first impression was way citrus/floral. so no input.

what would you reccomend I try?
I'm lucky enough if I hate it there are several vapers here at work I can pass off to...so there is that :)
I def seem to prefer lighter flavors, I joke about being a super taster but seems very true with vaping. even a few of AIV flavors seemed really strong to me :)

In another thread we were asked to name our top three favorite juices... *now*. All three of mine are MBV:

Cinnamon Roll, 2 extra flavor shots, to my taste buds, tastes just like one (or more realistically, like you just swallowed a bite from one)... all the way down to the buttery roll and a bit of sugary syrup. I'm not typically a cinnamon fan OR a "sweets" fan but this stuff has become one of my all time favs.

Whiteout, 2 extra flavor shots, exactly as it is described. "White tic-tacs" with maybe just the smallest hint of black licorice (you will know your tastebuds are coming around if you can taste that in it!). Not a menthol, not really a peppermint. A tic-tac, spot on, down to the fake sugar candy shell.

Ocean Breeze, 2 extra flavor shots. Named after the cocktail it is said to resemble. My tastebuds aren't as sensitive to fruit flavors (yet) as I wish they were so *when* I re-order this one I'll probably get 4 extra shots of flavor. Coconut, pineapple, dark rum. A couple of puffs of this and I'm looking for palm trees and hula girls. Very nice change.

Older favorites:

Caramel Apple is still the juice I've vaped the most of. Probably more Caramel Apple than all the other flavors combined. Wish it had just a touch more apple in it. I vape this at high VG and order extra flavor shots to make up for it. YMMV.

Butterscotch: Not cheap hard cand mostly-sugar butterscotch but a less sweet, more "adult" butterscotch, like a Wherther's or similar. Very nice. Improved with a week or two of steeping.

I've got a bottle of Cider Fire I'm trying to figure out what to do with too. I ordered 4 extra shots and think that was mistake #1. The cinnamon *extract* flavor in this one makes it unvapable for me... just too strong. If I could find a good apple cider juice to cut it with, say 50/50, it might be very good. I'd love to find the perfect "mulled apple cider" flavor.

EDIT: I almost forgot Absinthe. If you like black licorice, or the actual drink by the same name, you will probably like this one too. Don't like black licorice flavors? Forget about this one then! Many more subtle flavors going on here than just black licorice though. It's nice but VERY flavorful. Be careful of adding too many extra shots. This is one of "special occasion" juices... although my wife vapes it like it's the only flavor out there!

My next order will be for more simple fruit flavors I think, mostly for mixing myself. Pineapple, double apple, coconut, watermelon, grape, and orange are all on my shopping list. I think sweet cream and/or butter cream will be there too.

If juice, regardless of vendor, is too flavorful you keep a bottle of unflavored at your preferred nic strength around. That way you can cut the juice to your preference without loosing the nic.

Where's a good place to buy unflavored? I would like to get some in a higher strength than what I usually vape, instead of mixing flavors to get a better throat hit when needed.

Easiest thing is to buy the juice flavor you like in a higher strength, and add that to your juice so you don't lose flavor.

But for actual unflavored juice, the answer kind of depends on how much unflavored you want to buy, and how strong you want to buy it :)

Check with your preferred juice supplier to see if they sell it, or contact them to see if the would sell you some. You'll pay more this way, but it gets you 1 stop shopping.

Otherwise, MyFreedomSmokes and Wizard Labs both are reputable suppliers of nic base. They may be higher nic concentrations than you want vape, though, (as in, 48mg or higher). You could either buy some PG/VG to cut that down, or you could use the the high nic as an addition to your current juice.

For example: 9ml of 10mg juice + 1ml of 48mg juice would give you 10ml of 13.8mg juice.

Lol!!! While I've not really had the problem, the OP mentioned that she felt she was a supertaster and that her juices have all been really strong. Seems like a perfect time to dilute with some unflavored...

Yep, i was vaping 24 and it seemed a bit strong (I was using reportedly 36 in WC cigs) and ordered my VCV and VR and AIV orders 18 and I've been vaping my 18mg zombie today with no added cravings thus far. so I could probably easily order 36 or 24 and dilute with non nic. I've thought about it.

Just thought i'd ask for recs for things to try there since I did such a horrid job the first time. I've been contemplating cinnamon roll or sticky bun, butterscotch, and the red soda (I live in texas, big red is huge here) since I occasionally sip a cream soda.

I find the Sticky Bun is too much Maple flavor for me. The Sweet Cream is good, my favorite atm is Kettle Corn. Big Red soda is tasty. I second the vote for Absinthe. I've tried many other vendors and have gone back to MBV, realizing that there are so many flavors it is more a matter of finding the flavor you like, not necessarily vendor specific mixing.

I'm willing to try and have liked a lot of flavors I didn't think i'd like since I don't care for them normally (ie strawberry and blackberry...etc) but I loathe licorice flavor and mint+chocolate make me somewhat physically ill. I'm thinking even though my vaping 'buds might be on backwards that those flavors probably won't be friends. hehehe.

everyone keeps talking about pluid and I suspect it would make me throw up in my mouth a little bit. like I said, supertaster :(

These are My Favorites From MBV. Double Apple, Banana Foster, 555, Dulce De Leche, Caramel Coffee, Caramel Candy and Cinnamon Roll. I have a bottle of Graham Cracker i have been adding to things that i quite enjoy as well! Again these are my favorites from MBV. I plan on trying Ecto Cooler in the near future now that I have Protanks to beat the cracking!
