Ok so I've been on the ecigs for about 2 weeks or so and I've noticed something.... Ever since my joye 510 came in anyway.... I'm taking HUGE drags off of it and its killing my battery (standard small 510 manual battery) after 2 uses or so... Also, my atomizer is getting mega hot because of it..... Am I killing my ecig? Or is this normal? I'm going to order a bigger battery soon, but I would love to have it to where I don't feel like I'm going to destroy the thing just by using it... Any recommendations as to what I could use that can withstand the abuse? Please don't suggest not using it the way I do... I was a pack and a half marlbro smoker who has gone almost cold turkey except for the vape, so I'm already at the minimum of what I can sacrifice right now... vaping 36mg nic juice all day....

I was smoking a pack and a half of unfiltered jungle rustica tobacco. 24mg is enough for me. Give 1.7ohm cartomizers a try, they hit pretty hot on 3.7v battery. You might have a weak battery or mabe the juice isn't really 36mg. I started on a riva, I don't know about joye 510, i don't think it's as good as riva or the new ego batteries, i might be wrong.

DO NOT DO THIS. Don't use a low resistance cartomizer on a little <450mah battery. You think you're killing it now? A LR carto will be almost instant death to your battery.

I started with a Joye 510 and 3ohm cartos and the old atty/cartridge arrangements with 24mg and I was a 3 PAD smoker for 35 years. Those little dinky batteries don't cut it. I ended up rotating 6 or 7 of them throughout the day before I upgraded to a proper PV with a decent sized battery.

The kGo or similar big battery e-cigs will make a world of difference. I suggest not ordering one soon, order one NOW before your batteries give up the ghost and send you back to analogs.

There's no point anymore in getting an eGo or Riva. The kGo or e-Power does everything they do and does it cheaper and better. The e-Power uses replaceable batteries as well, so when they wear out you're not replacing a $15-20 sealed battery, you are replacing a $5 generic battery.
