I think its shorting out

So I purchased the power nova kit from crystal clear vapers about a month ago, I have two tanks, and just bought juice from heathers heavenly vapes. Well I'm tryin to enjoy the legend juice, BUT whenever I hit my button it stays lit and nothing happens. I don't know what to do so any input would be great. Oh and I'm using vivi nova tanks if that makes a difference.

Your coil may be touching the side of the vivi nova, sometimes the wicks get pulled to one side or the other and causes a short. If you take the silicon cap off the top and look at the coil you can see what I mean. Some of the newer ones have a little cup to prevent that, not sure which one would have been included in your kit.

I purchased the version 2.5 vision vivi nova. I took the tank apart and put an old atty in and same thing. Tried different heads and same thing. I just found out if I don't screw my tank all the way onto my pv it works, but its loose and wobbles. I don't know why its doin this, an hour before the mail came I was vaping just fine, no problems at all.

Its like the moment the positive end u screw in your pv touches the battery contact it don't work. I just tried to fire it with out the atty head on and same thing. Works until it makes contact

Hmm. I know what you mean now, not sure how you would be able to fix it, you could try pulling the post out a touch might give you enough to make contact without shorting.

I don't understand fully. Are you saying pull the post at the very bottom out far enough to make a connection?

Well I don't know how to fix it. When I screw it all the way down it won't work. I just unscrewed my "beauty ring" till it held my tank tight and its holdin up. I'm buying a itaste mvp on friday tho
