I smoked for 20 years , started out with marlboro red then lights and lastly
was yellow american spirits. usually 1.5 to 2 packs a day. i started out with prefilled cartomizers that were medium ,supposed to be 11mg. then switched to refilling myself. well i bought 24mg which gave me a instant headache and made me dizzy. then to 11mg which gave me a "spacey " feeling and now im down to 6mg and 0 mg. im also about 270lbs , im really suprised how this affecting me.

You might have smoked like I did. I lit about 3 packs a day. But I didn't actually smoke that much.

When I was walking down the street or huddling outside on a smoke break, I'd smoke the entire cigarette. At home I'd light one, take a puff and put it in the ash tray. A few minutes later I'd take another puff. Usually (but not always) I'd grab a third or 4th puff before the cigarette burned down to the filter.

When I tried Nicorette, the strength for heavy smokers made me nauseated (and neither strength did anything to keep me off cigarettes) but it wasn't until I kept cutting my nicotine levels while vaping that I realized how little nicotine my body really expected.

Sounds like you might need to try a different supplier too. The lower mg juice you can get by with the better. Just find out what works for you.
