I Thought the FDA was told by the court in the US that they have not right to take or shipments from China well I order from China when there is something I want that the E-Stores I buy from dose not stock well this is the e-mail I got from a china e-store that I am sure most of You know,
Dear Don Swad,

We are awfully sorry for this situation, we will refund you the goods cost USD115 as soon as we receive your returns. You may assured it. China EMS site will show when it arrives to post company.

Today, unfortunately, one of our customers met the same problem with Chicago customs, he contacted with them and got such reply: US Customs claims that the FDA seized the package BEFORE customs could process it. The FDA will not release any info on the shipment. It appears that the FDA did seize this.

Now it is a little complicated now. We really want to supply products to our US customers successfully. Hope it will get better soon.

Sorry again for the inconvenience.

Enjoy the weekend
Heaven Gifts.

I guess the FDA:nah: is above the Law, now I must blast My Rep's with E-Mail and phone calls to fine out why the FDA:nah: dose not respect the laws and courts of the U.S.A. what do You people thing?

Later,

Don Swad

Well all I can come up with is to why the FDA is working so hard to keep the E-Cig and any thing to do with it of of our life's, is one thing someone at the FDA has there hand's behined there back and Philip Morris is filling it with nice smoke filled Money. As one of the self thinking American's left in the U.S. it is the only reason I can come up with and that, should tell people that have never used an PV or C-cig is that they work and keep You off the Cigarettes that would be the only reason Philip Morris would care about the E-Cig and sure in the hell is not or Health.

The FDA uses all shipping companies like EMS to help them anytime they invoke an embargo. So be it in China or in Customs in the US, if a shipment is bound for a US address, the FDA can seize it at any point in time that the minute it is put in the shipping process.

Many Suppliers are now reporting that the seizures are taking place right in China. This we have not seen before.

Sun, is there a country we could have it mailed to (I have relitives in the UK) and then on to us? Would we get around the FDA?

AJ--what they are doing is nailing everyone at the source, that being China. They are reading the barcodes as it goes though China Customs and taking it right there.

Customs works with the shippers and adds Company names and addresses to the bar code that are known to sell e-cigs. That is how it was explained to me. So from the Consumers end, there is no way to control this.

I received my shipment from Heaven Gifts today. I'm in NY and ordered on April 1st; arrived without a problem yesterday (but I was not at home) and picked it up this morning.
Tracking was stopped on 4-4-10 when the shipment left Shangai; even USPS said "foreign sender preparing package".

I was planing to get more stuff from them when the attys went back in stock but now I'm afraid... oh god...

So is it confirmed that the FDA has stepped up enforcement again? I just checked the March import rejection page and there was not a single e-cig related item listed on it. Has anybody had anything seized recently? If so what was the size of the order/markings on the box?

Could you please post a link to that page. I would love to be able to watch it also.

I think there are three main entities that are losing steady income:

1.) The tobacco industry. For obvious reasons.
2.) Federal, State and Local governments aren't getting their tax cut, at a time when coffers are empty.
3.) The health industry, (including insurance and big-pharma). We simply are not going to die as fast. This is somewhat delayed. But if we begin to die "less quickly" in massive numbers it will have a bad effect on their bottom line(s). Even the companies that market and sell the quit smoking products and drugs lose out to vaping.

I figured it out once. I contributed over $32,000 directly to #1 & #2 during my 30 year cigarette habit. As of today, in NM, I would be contributing about $6.80 per day to #1 and #2, had I not quit. These people want my money, and what better way to get it, than my return to a life-long addiction.

It sucks, but its really ALL about the money.

It said that it prohibited the interstate shipment? Is this a new one?
