And when I go out next week to pick the three new Capella flavors up, I am definitely getting some gingerbread. The first time I ordered, it was b/t the Eggnog and the Gingerbread. I got the Eggnog and still haven't tried it. My very fave of his is his Chocolate Coconut Almond. It doesn't even need a recipe. Just add 20 percent, and it tastes just like and Almond Joy.

Here's my Gingerbread Brulee recipe. It's my go-to everyday vape. Enjoy!

I made 5ml of your recipe yesterday GD and it is wonderful!

Then I adapted it into my own recipe, swapping the 40% GB to 20% and the caramel from 20 to 40% and called it Spiced Caramel Custard...made 15ml of it :)

Gooddog, I make something very similar but use 50% Capella Gingerbread and 50% Capella Vanilla Custard. I will have to try yours since it uses a variety of flavors.

Seabrook, the Eggnog is really good and does taste like eggnog. Try adding 30% Vanilla Custard to increase the creamy taste.

(Yes, once again my VC addiction is showing!)

Is the Eggnog spice heavy with nutmeg or is it just eggnog? I love plain eggnog but it very hard to find it without all the spices already added :(

+100 for the VC!

It does not have an overpowering spice taste to the eggnog but it is there. The gingerbread has more of a spice flavor and the pumpkin pie has the most.

I have discovered that adding some sort of Vanilla (VC being my usual choice) will cut the flavor of the spices.

My eggnog from Capella is on it's leisurely journey and should be here sometime this week. Let me know how you like it sans extra cinnamon. I'm trying to avoid cinnamon as much as possible, but if it's just a 'hint' in the eggnog and still has good flavor (with the requisite vanilla custard, of course), I may indulge in a smidge on occasion.

I should have known better, LOL. Hot Cinnamon Candy and cinnamon are two diff. worlds. I don't know what I was thinking about, but OTOH, that's the fun of experimentation.

Next batch will be Egg/VC/2 drops rum (the liquor, not the flavoring).

I made some with VC and Brandy but it still needs something...maybe cinnamon. I'm not a big cinnamon fan but in small amounts it adds a little something extra. Let me know how it comes out with the Rum. Maybe LA Buttered Rum?

Now that I've pulled the bottle out of the back of the cabinet and can see the label, turns out it's brandy and not rum, LOL. I make my homemade Irish Cream liquer (for drinking, not vaping) out of either Jameson Irish Whiskey or E&J Brandy.

I like the old gingerbread also that tastes more like bread then the new stuff offered at TV and Vapor Renu. I found that MS. T's is still pretty good, but my favorite if is from JV. Its really yummy!

I love Ms. T's gingerbread cookies. Is JV juicy vapor? Do you get just the gingerbread plain? I've tried to recreate Ms. T's but it never comes out as sweet and spicy as hers.

Yes it is from Juicy Vapor and its still the old recipe using the Capella's Gingerbread. I sometimes ask them to sweeten it a little. They sent me samples of their New Gingerbread but I told them I didn't like the new one. If you order the gingerbread from them it should still be the one that tastes like bread. I had to throw out the one I got from Tasty Vapors and another one I got from Vapor Renu, they were awful and not the same stuff.
Hope this helps!

When I order my gingerbread from Juicy Vapors I get the VG/PG mixed. I also ask them to add a little sweetener. I like sweet juices. When I spoke with Anthony from there, he said he would sell the gingerbread as long as people are ordering it. I think the other comanies changed from using some other Gingerbread flavor then Capella's because its expensive to buy it. I just think the orgianal gingerbread is expensive to make and they wanted to make it less expensive. As far as I know Ms. T and Juicy Vapors are the only ones I found lately with the same bread taste.
