Who knows of an rta with airflow like the Goblin or Goliath that is capable of a single coil build option?

Lemo or Lemo II would be your best bet.
You might also consider:
Squape Reloaded
Aqua v2, which can be built single coil
kayfun 4 if you remove the afc screw
Flash e Vapor. It has different air screw options or you can leave it out altogether.
Erlkonigin with 2mm pos pole option and no afc ring on

Perhaps lemo 2 , I have lemo 1 but its not as much air as the goblin. Though lemo 2 I think has more air than lemo 1.
Subtank mini has more air than lemo 1 , more when using the stock occ than the rba section.

As others have said, you're probably looking at Lemo 2
My experience is that removing the afc screw accomplishes nothing compared with max stock air. To increase air on the K4 you need the S Kit, which increases air to a bit below the lemo drop, well below that of the Goblin.

Notice it wasn't my top recommendation for this member
. However, s/he may decide they like its other features enough that s/he can handle the airflow. Most attys have some give and take and the overall experience makes one decide to keep it. For me, the Rose is queen. I was a total newbie to RTAs when I got it. It took me like 35 minutes to build it the first time. But, the flavor is so incredible, it was worth it to me.

Get it when you can. I have quite a few of the world's great RTAs and my original Lemo will always be in my collection. I don't care if its Chinese, or cheap
. It gives me a great vape!

The Squape/R is better than the Lemo 2. Better flavour (according to PBusardo), the build deck is accessible without draining the tank and the maximum air hole is 3.2mm IIRC. That's before we get into the exchangeable build decks.
What's more, at $140 or more, it's way too expensive for a reflexive buy.
I have the lemo drop, lemo v2 and Kayfun V4's to give advice on. Both lemo tanks have better airflow than the kayfun, even after installing 4S kit on the Kayfun. I like the lemo V2 the best simply for the ease of the top filling. I do like being able to access the coil without draining the tank on the Kayfun. I use all 3 on in my daily rotation. Using all 3 with temp control mod and ni200 coils.

Lemo 2 if you don't care about paying premium and Lemo or Lemo Drop if you are on a budget, since their prices have gone down since the introduction of the Lemo 2.
The Lemos are so simple to build and wick I can get them going blindfolded 100% of the time, no flooding or dry hits at all !
