I am doubting of the threads in which members constantly tell people who are negative about suppliers to take up the issue with the supplier and not post it on the forums....

In my point of view the customer service that a person receives is paramount to the success of the company and it being viewed favorably.....but what if the product isnt of the quality the consumer expects? Customer service is great but when you have to use it, and use it, and use it replacing faulty after faulty items why shouldnt you(me too!) be allowed to air our views on a supplier without the wrath of that subforum group coming upon us?

And dont try to tell me that I can say whatever I want and I have a right to an opinion because I know if I give a negative review on a subforum i will be scorned by them and told to seek out the supplier(AGAIN...and AGAIN...and AGAIN).

I cant help but get angry about this....This forum is great for information but masks the negatives of products(not of ecigs of course) and suppliers leaving it with a sickly sweet aftertaste in my opinion....

Does anyone agree with me?Anyone at all?

ps. perhaps in an hour I will retract this statement and make light of it but right now Im having serious issues with my hardware!....dont tell me to contact them AGAIN please!!!

ps: even as i post this i see a post warning people not to post negative comments...just to note...i am not a new user...

sorry for the kidding, i think you are somewhat right. what i find really disturbing is that if the suppliers fixes things because you shoutet it out loud on the forums, all fall in love and happiness. but why ? the problems got solved for the people that use the boards but others ? the suppliers have to make it right from the start, not after getting attention on the www about their failure.

its fine if they fix it, but it doesn't make their service outstanding, gorgeous or unbelievable perfect.

i would say "ridiculous" ...uuups.
ehrm "amazing" :D

I know what you mean . a certain company has replaced my stuff several times . each time it is replaced it is with the same lame crap . I just figured to move on and not give them any more money . If all suppliers are like this I will just go back to cigarettes , I know they work . light , inhale and enjoy . I would rather keep on with e-cigs but if the product is always gonna be crap then why waste my money ?

I COMPLETELY agree with you. If someone constantly complains then I think there's a problem but to voice a crappy product should be allowed. I've had repeated issues with one of the vendors listed and they're considered to be one of the "good" ones. What a bunch of crap! They'll NEVER get another penny of my money... If enough people complained, maybe they wouldn't be on the "good" list as I don't think they should be at all!!!

Personaly, I wan't to know who is messing up orders, who is taking significant amounts of time to ship and who has crappy juice or parts. If I would have know about,... well thats a different thread...I would have been able to avoid a bunch of stress and aggrivation.

Constant "feedback" from customers is how I make my decisions on who gets the next chunk of $$$ that I'll be prying my wallet open to drop. And even good suppliers can be having issues that slow things down or complicate transactions.
And sometimes a company looses the employee that made everything work, then the supplier goes down the crapper. At least till they find someone else to do all the work or get off their collective butts to do it themselves.

Point being that by reading through the customer comments and complaints I can make an informed decision on who to buy from.

(i.e. I know that XXXX has attys for cheap, but I've heard bad reviews about shipping or defective parts, YYYY has attys that are a little more expensive, but people are raving about them. Think I'll not take the chance and go with YYYY.)

And I agree as long as the supplier has been informed and did not fix the problem within a reasonable amount of time.I dont think bashing a supplier who simply delivers the goods and doesnt build it themselves is fair.Give them a chance to make it right before getting upset. At least thats how I do it.

keyzgirl this is kinda the problem i have...if they are selling products that are not fit for their purpose in the first place the suppliers are not blind to this???

if it was one or two here or there i wouldnt have made this post...some suppliers MUST realise the products they are sending out it bad?By being the medium they cannot hide behind a stance of"we didnt make it, dont look at us!!" and then resend ANOTHER faulty item???

I of course have so much repsect and appreciation for alot of suppliers who have good products with a few bad eggs...they all do dont they?we are human i understand....but to consistently produce a product that is not gonna live up to its promises is  in my opinion.

Well maybe I am different, I think the person should go to the Vendor to air there issues with the product in question. Then if it isn't resolved to their satisfaction, maybe make a statement stating your disagreement.

I have read and read and read.................. before I chose to do business with a Vendor.
My initial purchase was done to get started although everything worked out fine, I am not sure I am in the minority if you do some research.

I have read some reviews stating the dislike of a product or it's function. Even what should be different with the product.

The concept of Vaping I beleive is pretty much the same, the mods made are using this same concept just different materials. Whether it be of good quality or of a lesser quality.

As far as good customer service goes, those companies that don't provide
it will not be around very long.

I really think it's that simple.

this is what i mean...i just wish suppliers would send out the right stuff in the first place...im only talking about ones who consistently send out stuff that has faults here...

I cant stress it enough...they MUST KNOW they are sending out crap right????and laughing at customers who praise them when they write a good review having received replaced crap...

I actually gotta get off this for the day I dont wanna get banned!!!

talk to y'all later when im in a more relaxed mindset!!!

you should be free to post and vent as you please. You will however get the group of that companies "cronnies" would will defend them to the end. I personally would like to know of a problem with a company not after three attempts but after one attempt. We live in a service world and those that cannot service should and will be forced out IMHO. and to he77 with the ultimate defenders.
