When I order from Janty, Jeff sents it out the same day, and I receive the package 2 days later.

Don't know about New York, sorry.

However, one of the discount smoke shops in my area carries the njoy products. The price however is comparable to what Njoy sells them for on the website. It might be worth a bit of effort to call around and see if anyone in your area is selling them.
