Brand new vaper in Australia

Hello ECFers! My last day of analogues was this past Friday the 13th of January. Turned out to be a lucky day I am using two "Classic" models (from ecigarettesrus.com.au) but the battery life just isn't doing it for me so I have ordered two other new systems: a GOGO and an EGO-T from vapeking.com.au Have had a few smoke cravings over the weekend but nothing my little E can't handle. OF course, being Australia, nicotine e-liquid cannot be sold so I already ordered some basic eliquid from overseas.

I will be traveling to the USA in a month so I will stock up on liquids, and possibly on a US-only model (I go about once a year--grew up in NYC and dad still lives there).

Any other NYC or Canberra vapers want to correspond?

Hiya scarf-ace! Congrats on your switch to a PV over analogs! I'm not real familiar with the classic, other than it's a very basic unit. Whatever gets you started, I say. I'm glad to see thought that you recognize there's got to be something better! I myself started with and still use the GoGo - an amazing unit IMO. It is a proprietary thread, so 510 cartomizers won't fit, etc., but there are cheap adapters you can get if you want to use 510 stuff on it (which I have). But the best, again IMO, are still the GoGo cartos and now there are GoGo Dual Coil Cartos as well (from DiscountVapers - Your source for savings on electronic cigarettes and accessories, Go-go eGo, vGo, though I'm not sure if he ships overseas, he is a GoGo guru ).

SonicDSL I have already bookmarked Discountvapers as my source for GOGO supplies in the US. I'm already getting stuff shipped to Dad's house in anticipation of my arrival!
My GOGO and EGO-T machines ought to arrive on Tuesday and i can hardly wait.

Thanks for the kind welcome. So... a few bumps on my road to freedom: today I awoke feeling like hammered s**t. Migraine of death, pale dry tongue, and digestive symptoms too numerous and disgusting to describe. I felt bad enough to come home from work which rarely happens. I guess this must be the infamous "detox"...has anyone else been through this? How long until I feel human again?

Even worse though, I LOST ONE OF MY CLASSIC PVS Don't know how, and I feel like an idiot. For the next 38 hours I will be sucking on one teeny pv with a battery life of about 10 seconds until my new spiffy models arrive from VapeKing. Is it ridiculous that I feel slightly panicky?

So it's strictly one day at a time for me
