Shipping should be free above $60, and 5.99 flat rate, and a first class option if it is less than 13oz.

Please provide more information on that. Could be that you did not look at all the options.

Just tested it and it is working correctly. If you are not seeing similar options, let me know and I"ll look into it.

I have ordered from them 3 times; 5.99 for priority and 3.57 for 1st class.... never 9.00... and yes over $60 is free shipping.....
