Hey sry if you don't like my review . I got burned real bad by those guys and i don't want to see anyone else blow their money on a product that needs alot more work before it hits market. They have a good image going for them, if they could just pull together their lose ends. They would be great, but unfortunately they have no communication between customer service and shipping. If they could at least tell the customer where they are on a list it would give them some semblance of waiting time. I know they are not trying to get bad reviews but, you can't honestly expect in a sellers market that that kind of service won't be frowned on by customers.

Ok so. Blu sent me a few new batteries in the mail. I was very surprised at this because i never sent in my old defective batteries. I will give them the credit for sending me the new batteries. That was quite nice of them to do. Credit where credit is due i say. I know i was super ...... at this company and i still kinda am. Even though the batteries still flash on and off when i take a drag and i need to get another atomizer for it before i can use it. I will admit that i was happy to receive them. The fact still remains that any of the m-series are far better at vapor production and longevity of atomizers. I do love the way blu looks however very sleek and beautiful. Great leds brightness on it to. If they could just fix a few small details i would give this product a much better review. Anyway props to the company for trying to take care of their angry customers.

another person here, getting angrier by the minute. I ordered on 6/30, on 7/28 sent an email to J. Healy to see if he could upgrade my shipping to priority mail when it shipped and i would be willing to pay the upgrade in shipping. I got a nice letter back the same day saying all orders would be shipped out by 8/1. Then miraculously on that same day i had a shipped status on my account with a tracking number. I was excited. As of today I still have that same tracking number and it has never arrived at a post office. Ridiculous. I don't even know what to say. I tried to call customer service, but was on hold for 15 min so hung up. Don't even want to talk to anyone over there now. I don't know why I didn't cancell my order weeks ago. I guess I was trying to have faith... Guess that doesn't get you anywhere these days....

Too bad my first post had to be this one.....

thankfully i did research,and found this forum before i wasted my time with blu gigs.3 days to get my 510 from tw.thanks e cig forum!!!!!

I'm missing the point of your repeat posting about the 510 model on the blu cig threads:confused:

Other than it may be some type of gloating?

I dunno...but I suggest you post the 510 info on the 510 threads, where someone may actually be interested in what you have to say on where to buy the 510.

It was a banner that kept comming up and out of curiosity I clicked on it since it was always there with the blue LED. So since I want to quit I looked them up and was going to order and the wait time said 2 to 3 weeks. Which could mean a month.

In the meantime finding this forum got great advice and got another model in 4 days.

Are you allowed to say 510 in here :D
