another person here, getting angrier by the minute. I ordered on 6/30, on 7/28 sent an email to J. Healy to see if he could upgrade my shipping to priority mail when it shipped and i would be willing to pay the upgrade in shipping. I got a nice letter back the same day saying all orders would be shipped out by 8/1. Then miraculously on that same day i had a shipped status on my account with a tracking number. I was excited. As of today I still have that same tracking number and it has never arrived at a post office. Ridiculous. I don't even know what to say. I tried to call customer service, but was on hold for 15 min so hung up. Don't even want to talk to anyone over there now. I don't know why I didn't cancell my order weeks ago. I guess I was trying to have faith... Guess that doesn't get you anywhere these days....
