I was told that maybe I should post this here, so here it goes...

Hi, I am not trying to disparage the vendor here or paint this company in ANY kind of bad light. I am going through an issue and posted this elsewhere on the ECF and it was suggested that I post it here also. Kimberly has been very nice and in no way dismissive of me or the situation and I want that to be put out there and understood right off the bat.
Here is my post:
Ok, so I ordered the "artesian starter DIY kit" from One Stop DIY shop. As I posted in my other post, I received the "equipment" portion of the order, but not the flavors or VG. I called OSDIYS and told them that I hadn't received the liquids and they said that they would send it right out. A working week passed and I still didnt get my product. I called Kimberly and she told me that she sent me an e-mail telling me what was up but since I was on the phone she would fill me in. I never received that e-mail, btw.
Kimberley told me that, upon reviewing her records, she saw that the package that they sent to me had a postage they paid in the amount of $7.95, which is the "regular" price for a full kit, so they never re-sent the liquid out. She assured me that each box was weighed before the postage was printed and there was no way that an error could have been made and I assured her that, all I got was the equipment part of the order sans any liquid.
It got kind of weird at that point. Awkward pauses in the conversation made me feel like she might have thought that I was trying to pull a fast one over her, and I am sure that she felt that I was on the verge of calling her a liar (which I wouldn't do. I have never done business with them before and have no reason to think that she would lie to me).
So after a bit of awkwardness, she said that she would call the post office and see if the box was checked in at the weight that she paid for on monday.
All I want to do is start trying my DIY liquid making already. I have been waiting for a while to do this.
What can I do if she calls and says that the post office didnt weigh the box or that they have no idea whats going on? I paid about $35 dollars for the complete kit and do not have a "complete kit".
Kimberly was nice enough on the phone but, what if they refuse to send me the liquid that I paid for on account of what the post office might say? What recourse do I have? I haven't opened the packages that the equipment came in. They are patiently waiting to be used.
I don't know what to do.

Hi bnperry1,

When we fulfill an order, the items are picked, packed and sealed before placing on the scale for weights and measurements. Postage is calculated and the order is ready for the USPS carrier.

We had a hard time understanding what happened with your package. Mistakes happen, and we are not without ours. What you will find from our customers is that we make things right when we are in error.

In this situation you had contacted us stating that you were missing a good portion of your order. What you had told us that you received was only 6.5 ounces of product, while your package weighted 1 pound 2 ounces after it was sealed. A difference of 11 ounces, enough cause for concern.

I can only think that two possibilities as to what happened. Our scale was wrong, or the package was tampered with after it left our facility.

We are not in the business of investigating postal matters, we have forwarded this on to the postmaster general. In the name of customer service, we had re-sent the liquids on Saturday, you should receive them shortly.

I am greatly appreciative of your attention to this matter. I have only the highest regards for your handling of this situation and never doubted your sincerity about it.
I never want anyone to think that you have not been willing to work with me on this, and I hope that it never came across that way. I would recommend your services to anyone who asks me about your company.
Kimberly, also, has been very pleasant about this entire situation and at no time did I feel that she was not willing to be as helpful as she could be.
Thank you very much and I look forward to doing business with you again in the future.
