I got my KGO today, was really excited but suddenly filled with dread at the idea that it might not be everything I expected. I finally got around to filling my first cart with 22mg menthol tobacco flavor and WOW did it exceed my expectations, not only did it feel like I was smoking a real cigarette but it gave me a nicotine rush I haven't felt in a looong time.

My only regret is getting a bunch of bottles ranging from 22-36mg in nicotine, I'm actually finding the 22mg a little strong, something I didn't expect being able to easily smoke 2 packs a day of malboro reds. I should get on to 12-16mg fast before I build a tolerance :(

Alex, I understand completely what you mean. I started just yesterday on a Volcano Inferno with the 16mg nic juice and found that to be pretty intense for what I am after. I smoke usually about a pack a day of Marlboro red 100's... Anyway, I'm cutting back to the 8mg juice next order to see if that is a good range for me. Anyway, good luck with your pv and good luck hitting the right nic mg and flavors.

You can tone it down by getting some of the same juice in 0nic or 6mg and mixing to a ratio.

The best way to describe it is as long as I vape I don't feel the desire for a cigarette, it's not better or worse per say but it satisfies me. I have smoked an analog and the ecig at same time and I am reaching a point where I prefer the ecig and feel like I'm getting the same from both, but too early to tell.

Honestly I'm not a fan of the flavor, I got about 20 to try and although I like some more than others, there is an underlying similarity in all of them I'm not too fond of, although I'm sick of the taste of analogs too. I can definitely see myself making the switch, soon as I detach from that daily ritual of lighting up a cigarette.

The whole experience is a bit of sensory overload but so far I'm ecstatic with my decision to buy an ecig.

Different vendors have a different underlying taste. Try samples from a few different vendors to see which vendor you prefer.

I agree alot with the above.. try some different juices from different vendors and you will be very pleased how different they all are. Pretty soon you'll find that one flavor that just blows you away.. then another and another... that's one great thing about vaping is the variety there is atm. They can be soooo different...

Part of breaking the smoking habit is to quit associating certain activites with smoking. Like while driving or after a big meal. Don't try to step down too quickly though or you could fall back on bad habits. I have been at it for over 5 months at 18 mg and now I am finally feeling comfortable to try to step down to 12 mg. I will probably do that for another 5 months before I try to step down again.

Its just amazing that I am around smokers all the time and the thought of lighting one up doesn't even occur to me. Try to order some lower nic juice at first cause you will find yourself vaping all the time cause of all the different flavors you want to try. Once you find your ideal setup and flavors its easy as pie after that.

i was a pack a day smoker of winstons I find 24mg is my sweet spot 12 is wayyy too week for me

just personal experience

pack a day here also. i got a 12mg free sample with my 24mg order. on day one... the 12 did not cut it. not at all. and it still wont. i doubt my body will be able to handle 12mg for at least a month.

it will be hard in the mornings. very hard. you are still addicted to all kinds of crap that is in a reg. remember it takes 20 minutes for the vape to set in. i still smoke one a day and i am a week into this. last night when i smoked one at my brothers house... i didnt even need it. but i still smoked it. the good thing is... my anxiety and want for the other crap is only a couple of days from being completely gone.

there are other places besides johnsons creek. i see a lot of bad things said about those guys on this site. go to the e-liquid reviews and check out the top juice maker posts. they are all over.

My advice, don't limit yourself to tobacco flavors. Try anything that sounds good.

I'm gonna try Mt Baker Vapor my next order. Many speak highly of them on here. Plus, they give you a free 15ml bottle of juice with ever 15$ or more order (1-15lm bottle is 4.99)! I'm looking forward to the free bottle because most likely it's gonna be something I wouldn't hsave otherwise tried. Varieity is the spice of life...and vaping. Grin
