yep I loved the use of the ekowool but it gave me a scratchy throat so I figured if I wrapped it inside the mesh the mesh would act like a screen and well its perfect IMO I think I'm running on near 2 months on one now :) every couple few weeks I do a good water rinse and a dry burn and thats it

interesting... you wrap the mesh around the wool , then torch to oxidize, then wrap what supe calls an "old school" coil on the wick?

wouldn't mind seeing a pic. i really like that 2 months idea :)

Oxidize the mesh then I wrap old school and oxidize again. It takes a few mins maybe 5 at the most but the life of them makes it well worth it IMO.

ok this is the best I can do with my phone let me know if its not good enuf I can do better with camera but i think you can see the ekowool inside the mesh on this

Reviving an older thread: Does anyone have a video on this, start to finish? I'd love to see the process. Or....is there one that can be used as reference already online/on YouTube somewhere?
