Today is one year without a stinky. It's hard to believe that I actually quit after 40 years of smoking. I don't even think about smoking anymore. I DIY and have weaned myself down to 6mg. I will not quit vaping in the near future but I don't chain vape like i used to. I wanted to say thank you to the forum for all the support and help when I needed it and knowing you guys were there if i did. I don't think i could have done it without this forum. Thank you from a grateful member.

Grats on the one year! :toast:

We all love hearing of these milestones. It gives inspiration to all the newcomers that this stuff works.

It's been 15 months for me being smoke-free. Well, except for one time: My college age children decided to "treat" me on Father's Day to a hookah bar. But that was a one time thing, and something that was voluntary on my part, not that I've ever wanted a cigarette or other tobacco product since I had that last one in April 2012. I survived the test, not that I was ever worried that I would.
