I go to local vape shops to test flavors. I try the brands/flavors that I know are popular with on_line vendors.

Probably not. Too much of a risk for abuse. Not only does it cost to make it, I think it's illegal to give nicotine for free in some states. Also, not only does it cost to make the liquid and bottle it, they also have to pay for shipping. So, you're asking for a company to give out at least $6-7 to anyone who asks... I doubt it. Not to say it's not possible. The only time I've seen anything free, they still charged you for shipping, and I've only seen that once.

VapeWild has a sample pack you can try 6 10ml juices for ~$18, that is about as close to free I've seen
I've never seen it done either. Either find a local shop that lets people sample, or buy small bottles of a few juices that sound interesting to you and go from there.
Only time I know of anyone getting free samples is if maybe you review juice. Juice reviewers ask and sometimes receive free juice to review on youtube. But most likely only free juice your going to get is in samples is trying locally at your B&M.

I was thinking about buying a new ring. I think I will go down to the jewelry store and
see if they have any 22K/diamond rings I can sample.

yah - local vape shops are typically going to be best bet for for free samples - many online vendors will offer sample packs (smaller bottles in a variety so that you can try a number of things) but not free... also, many vendors i ordered juice from would send a couple of free sample flavors to try along with the order...

Vape shops often have samples you can try. I always buy something I like to support the local shops, though I buy most vaping stuff online.
Once you get your 5 posts in you can hit up the supplier contest thread and try to win some free liquids and other free stuff. Other than that, I don't know of any free samples anywhere.
