i have not tried the ibtanked DID tank, but i do have a couple of their pyrex carto tanks. the edges on the tank tubes are not sharp to the point there theyd cut you, and i doubt theyd cut an o-ring. theyre not beveled, but the edges are not sharp. i suspect the DID tank to be the same but thats just a guess. im sure someone here will have a more complete answer for you.

I am vaping with one right now, it is cut square and not beveled but not sharp at all. I had no problem installing it at all as far as slicing the o-rings or anything else. It is just a hair wider than the DID caps and you can feel the edge if you run your finger over it but it will not cut you at all. I love the look and being able to see the juice level. It is pretty thin pyrex but I actually dropped it the first day I had it on my concrete front porch and didnt damage it at all so it is pretty tough. I would highly recommend it.

I just heard back and they said that tubes are sanded to avoid sharp edges. I just place an order for 2 of them since I have 2 DIDs. Thanks also for your post B2L. Right now I'm using the 4.5ml SmokTech DCT tank that's made out of that cloudy plastic. This will be a really nice upgrade! I can't wait!:toast:

So I got my tanks in and they were perfect! I broke one by accident, I didn't lube up the o-rings first. With the DID I found the scariest part of getting the tank on was screwing the two ends together. It's a relief when the threads of the center post catch the end your screwing it on to. This has just been my experience. I'm very happy with the tank so far and it looks amazing compared to any plastic or metal tank. BTW, the ends were very, very smooth as I was told they would be by IBTanked, also the shipping was super quick!

I didn't see the option of beveled ends. I would love it if you could post a pic of how it looks!
I put an ibtanked tube on my did today. I ordered my with beveled ends, and I couldn't be happier. It gives it a cleaner look, and for the extra $3, was well worth it for me.

That's only for the DID clone I think. The regular DID tube is too thin I think to offer it beveled.

Great news. Thanks for sharing! I'll have to give them a try. I have 90ml of Pluid I'd like to try on the DIDs.

i have had a pyrex tank on my did for a couple of months, i just recently bought some pluid and used the ibtank. i had it in the did for 2 days, before removing it. the glass tank that i purchased was a colored one , not clear. after removing the pluid i did notice that some of the coloring had come off. ultimately i didnt care for the juice, so dont have to worry about this. so long time use of this juice in a colored pyrex tank might have issues.
