IBTanked!!!

I have to say I absolutely love there tanks. They look great and feel very solid and to me the most important thing they DON'T leak! I had been doing some searching on glass tanks. After some searching on here and some recommendations I went to their site to my surprise and utter sadness only found the clear ones avail. (I'll admit at this point I didn't know of other things going on) So I decided to use the search tool. To my delight I saw what would be something I could buy in the future when avail. But the person I am, I had a bug in my bonnet about owning one of these tanks lol. So I gave them a call. I have to say I couldn't have been made to feel more welcome and their helpfulness to my questions only showed me what true customer service is about. Not only did they explain things to me they allowed me to place my order for the items I wanted. So I placed my order 3 tanks with caps. Needless to say I was very excited and happy. I received my order in the mail and I was jumping around all excited like a kid on Xmas morning lol. When I opened my package and to my great surprise there was more then what I ordered in the package! They went above and beyond and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Just please keep in mind this is a small growing family business and things do take time and they will do what it takes to make things right. Also all colored tanks are hand made. So please exercise patients when ordering. So I would like to thank the IBTanked family not only for an absolutely beautiful product and outstanding customer service but for their generosity as well. I very highly recommend IBTanked to anyone. And will be and tell others to play with their thingy!
