iClear 16 - Manufacturing inconsistencies?

Hi all - I have a newb question for the experts. The wife and I have both purchased several iClear 1.6ml clearos and have had several issues. In total, we have bought six of which two have leaked, one I feel like I can't get any draw from it and another that the draw is too "airy". Are these just bad clearomizers or are we doing something wrong? I have been extremely careful not too use the tank cracker juices in them. Any suggestions and/or comments would be most welcomed. re; the draw- what battery are you using? to tight a draw your not getting air flow through the base- on some mods/ batterys they may not thread corectly due to the thread cont on the batt. . sometimes i found i needed a ego-510 connector to make them fire. for loose draw i take it you checked the coil and every thing else was tightened? my problem with them is because of the small space and the dual coil design i'd always get the odd one that don't work due to shorts.. i gave up on them ages ago - so thats my best guess!!!

Thanks for the reply! I am using a Vision spinner 1300mah and an ego twist 650mah. It made no difference. One has a really hard draw and another has a real "airy" draw. I have another one that is just right. It just seems like there is no consistency. I did check to see how it was threading on to both mods and it seemed fine. I just took the one that is drawing really hard, emptied it out and washed it with hot water. I'll give it a shot again once it drys out in a couple days. Thanks again!!
