iclear 16b vs Evod 2 "Glass"

just wondering what all your thoughts are on these 2 clearo's? all opinions welcome thinking of getting one? but dont know which 1 to get?

The Evod may be a good choice since it is glass and therefore you would not need to be concerned about tank cracking liquids.
But I am also partial to innokin and if it were me I'd probably go with the Iclear.
Why not get both?

I don't own an Evod but I do own an iClear 16b. I don't like it. The draw is very tight and it gurgles and leaks out the bottom.

Better than the Evod glass (which is better than the 16B, although I am also partial to innokin) is the Aspire BDC ES--also pyrex. I have both and the Aspire is the better of the two all the way around.

i have heard that the aspire tanks are prone to coil malfunctions have you had this problem....

No question really. The 16b is rubbish.

Actually, what am I saying. The dual coil evods (like the 2/glass) are only able to really shine on VV/VW power.

Have you got VV/VW?

If not, go single coil mini Protank or something.

Go with the single coil. My favorite setup is a mini PT2 with an aerotank base. The base is only a few bucks.

I haven't had any issues with my coils. The last me for a couple of weeks and were easy to change out.

Go for it then. Dual coil turned up to 1-2 watts higher and you're quids in!

I run my T3D at 9 or 10 compared to about 8.
