You have liquid flowing into the center hole and gotta get it to stop, or it just continues to flow thru capillary action. Try taking the clearo off, and blow hard into the drip tip. If there's juice in the center hole you'll hear it gurgling and it should come out the bottom. If you don't always keep the ecig upright, you're much more likely to get juice in there. I get a drop on the battery occasionally w/ my CE4's, but when it happens I rest it for a while after blowing it out, and they always stop leaking. The annoying thing like I was saying tho, if you don't take measures to get it to stop, it will continue leaking. You can also get liquid in the center hole if you hit it too hard/long, cuz you'll literally suck juice right into the center hole like a straw. And another thing that can cause it is if the center post on the battery has gone too low, from overtightening a clearo or charger. If that happens you gotta pull the post up a bit w/ a tiny screwdriver or something similar.

Thanks j3illy it worked ! BTW do you know if the iClear 16 has similar issues? (I was thinking about trying them, but the iClear 30 leak was a turndoff- I am not in a leak safe environment)

Never had a juice leaking issue as long as kept my re-fills below the 3.0ml line on the 1clear30 tank. If I went slightly over the fill line, then yes, would get juice running through the post and through my drip tip.
Same with the iclear16, never had leaks as long as you don't get juice inside the pinhole on the top rubber grommet.

As for what e-juice I use, always as high of VG content as possible.

OMG OMG
It happened again and again and again until (kept leaking I kept blowing...) until I finally figured the issue:
The AIR holes were misaligned with the air channels on the bottom of the clearo (sucking created overly vaccum pulling juice in the air hole).

Solution: Dermel. (yo ucannot realign since the center is EPOXIED). So I expanded the holes untill they reached the channel and now its vaping like a champ and more important: NO LEAKS!

I have one that leaked withing 5 mins. of filling it. Tried twice and each time a river of juice flowed right out of it. It now resides in my parts box. I might try it again one day, but I doubt it. I have a brand new one that came with my MVP II a couple of months back, didn't even try that one. It too resides in the parts box.

I had one leak on me for awhile,so I stuck a small O-ring on top of the little white nipple that the top cap is supposed to close off.
No leaky leaky.
