So, I just got a new iClear 30. Not 30s, not 30b, just 30. I've never used one before, but decided to get one because I've heard good things. BUT... it keeps leaking out of the 510 connection! Gurgling, and when I blow through it juice is just pouring out of it! (Not like pouring pouring, but you get the idea. LOTS. More than any crappy disposable tank) I'm NOT getting it into the center post. I took it apart and put it back together making sure everything was really tight. Didn't change a thing. It's so bad that when I take it off my mod, there's a pool starting after just like 30 min to an hour. A strange thing I noticed is there is not a single o-ring in this whole tank. Only thing remotely like an o-ring is the condom on top of the atomizer head. Should there be? Did I get one that wasn't properly assembled or are they not made with any o-rings? Help! I'm at a loss as to what I need to be doing. I've always heard people praise the iClear 30's as being a device that doesn't leak.

Alright, so I've been playing around and I'm pretty sure it's too easy for the juice to get in between the metal tube in the cap (the part connected to the knuckle-like drip tip) and the condom on top of the atomizer head. It was coming in from there and getting into the hole in the center post. I cut the top off the rubber piece they include to go over the drip tip and cut a little hole in the middle to act as an o-ring. It seems to be working just "a'ight". But not great. Still not leak proof. It seems like there should be an o-ring there. Anyone know if it's supposed to have one there? Or is mine just s****y?

I left it upright all night on top of a piece of paper towel, and it still has gunk coming out when I blow in it. It may just be excess from yesterday before I got that makeshift o-ring in place, but idk... Something weird is going on. I'm taking it into a vape shop here in Portland today and ask them if they have o-rings or if they know what's wrong...

whoever we're sending the iclear 30s to..I'm shipping today going over to a friends that has all our shipping stuff for the biz..

that being said I hate those lil suckers, they puke juice out the bottoms like a sieve.

I'd blow them out good before putting them on the 510 connector, sometimes you reach a happy medium with the vacuum other times it just puked a lot out (and yes I had the air hole where no juice got in it) they made a pretty good vape, fair, but honestly I'm not sure really why they did that, they'd be slurpy on the inhale too, and I assure you none was in the air hole, I just got tired of fiddling with them, after that first lil blow out, two of mine worked great, the one that didn't is in the trash.

good luck, maybe the iclear 30 vetrans have more advice on it..

The only issues I have with the IClear 30 so far is that when replacing the atomizer heads if you dont screw it in really tight, it will leak out of the bottom and come lose when screwing in the top. The other issue is that they do flood sometimes if you hit them a little too hard. What I do is just try to manage my inhale to a more slower draw and press the button before i start inhaling so the coil has time to start vaporizing some of the eliquid before I start sucking in. With this method it hits pretty much flawlessly. I have not had any problems with too little liquid, they seem to either give the right amount, or too much liquid.

I also have the habit of churning the liquid in the tank when it gets low to saturate the wicks every so often. By tipping it sideways , upside down, whatever.

Oh and dont fill it with so much juice that it covers the top portion of the wicks (where it enters the atomizer chamber). So basically don't fill it up past their 3ml fill line.
