So I bought a itatse 134 mod recently and it came with a iclear 30, my question is it recently stopped working completely (two weeks old of everyday use) I took it apart, and under the coil head where the metal pin is that holds the silicon cap are the ends of the dual coils. I moved them around and it worked again for a day then stopped, I did it again but this time I put one wire slightly away from the other and about half a mm away from the pin and it worked and now has stopped. Not sure if that makes sense to anyone but could I just need to replace the coil head? I just ordered 10 new heads so that won't be a problem. Thanks!!

I'm willing to bet a new coil will fix your problem. Those coils are pretty much self contained so if anything goes wrong a new one solves it 99.9% of the time.

theoretically yes.. in practice, it's probably more hassle then it's worth. There are videos out there on how to do it.

I found with mine its just easier to replace the coil assembly. I also ordered the next hottest one 1.5Ω I believe it was.
Like 00gt1 said, you can find videos on how to rebuild them yourself and you can find video's how to wash and burn them to get more life out of them. I tried the wash and burn and it works pretty good but the flavor is never quite the same again.

I have washed them, I have made this one last 2-3 weeks of chain vaping so I believe that's a decent time. My logic is when I wash them with warm water I get a hair dryer and wrap the coil head in a rag and blow the rag/coil for about 15 minutes on the warm setting to speed up the drying process. I don't over do the dry burning cause I've realized it makes it taste funny. Just my 2 cents
you can dry burn it just make sure not to pop the coil Lol. just get a new one and try dry burning the old one to see if that will cure your problem. otherwise having a new one wont hurt!
replacement coils are ~$2 you might try taking it all the way off and back on. it sounds like a connection issue.
I have been messing with it the past couple days. I've tried moving the bottom coil wires by the firing pin that connects to battery away from it and on it, various different things. I believe it just needs replacing. Coils aren't blown it will fire every now and then. Will tinker more. Plan on trying to rebuild it just to see if I can. Heard it was tough and I like a challenge
