Tried watching the only video I could find on doing this rebuild and failed about 4 times before just ignoring the video.(Except the part of getting the head apart. No offense to TweakingTech)
if anyone wants a video of how I did it, just let me know and I'll record it.

1. i used a 2.0mm screwdriver, 28g x 9 wraps to make two Micro-coils.
2. Used two 18g syringe needles to hold them in place in the coil head while putting grommet and pin back in.
(One leg from each coil can touch each other. I see people trying so hard to keep all the legs separate.)
3. Inserted sterile cotton through each coil(somewhat tight).
4. Inserted another piece of cotton between each coil. (A little tricky but, adding this step was the difference for me)

Resistance ended up a little to much for me at 0.8ohm but it's okay. I prefer somewhere around 1.5ohm.
I'll try 30g next go and see what happens.

Hope this helps someone.
